Education
Dr. Joffre received his DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and then went on to complete The Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard University General Practice Residency. He returned to Tufts University to complete his orthodontic residency. Following this, he was accepted into and completed the Joseph L. Henry Oral Health Fellowship at Harvard Medical School. At Harvard School of Public Health, he was awarded a Masters of Public Health degree. Dr. Joffre currently serves on staff at Brigham and Women’s Hospital where he provides orthodontic care at one of the hospital’s clinics. He also serves on faculty at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine where he enjoys teaching dental students.
Professional Memberships and Continued Education
Dr. Joffre is a board-certified orthodontist and Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics (ABO) and is also a Fellow in the American College of Dentists (ACD). Furthermore, he is a member and active participant with the American Dental Association (ADA) and the American Association of Orthodontics (AAO). He has served in leadership roles within both of these organizations nationally and locally. Dr Joffre is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Association of Orthodontists (MAO). He is also an active volunteer within other local and national organizations, which helps those in need of access to necessary dental healthcare.
As part of his continuing education, he attends the AAO annual session, the Northeastern Society of Orthodontists (NESO) annual session, as well as other meetings and seminars each year to stay up to date on the latest treatment methods. In total, Dr. Joffre spends more than 50 hours each year taking continuing education courses.

Community and Family
Born and raised in Nassau, Bahamas, Dr. Joffre has now lived in the Boston area for over 20 years. In his spare time, he loves to travel and spend quality time with friends and family. He also enjoys running, as he used to run track and field competitively!
